Yesterday, September 11, 2020, when I opened a Google AdSense account, I was actually surprised, where this warning / notification / notification appeared on September 9, 2020. So I opened it quite late.

What do sellers.json do?
The function itself is actually still the same as ads.txt where the function of sellers.json is a file in which there is publicly available seller information and also as a means of advertising transparency between Advertisers and Publishers.
Then when you enter data in the file, then you can write an individual name or a business name and this depends on the type of AdSense account they first created and it is highly recommended according to the registered AdSense name. (This applies to those who have self-hosting sites, if Blogger.com users don't need to be hosted as far as I know, so just do the method below)
How to Overcome sellers.json on Google AdSense
Here's how to troubleshoot alerts about sellers.json on Google AdSense:
First login to your Google AdSense account.
After the Google AdSense dashboard opens, then click Actions in the notification section.

Or you can also use the manual method by going to the Account / Account >> Account Information / Account Information menu.
Next, change Seller information visibility to Transparent.

Done, it will save automatically. So, that's all you can do to overcome the sellers.json notif that appears on the AdSense dashboard.
For your own business domain, please ignore it or you don't need to fill it in because here we act as a publisher. Because what I know for the business domain for now is only the domain broker that will be included (such as for the Google Ad Manager account). So for AdSense publishers don't need to provide a business domain.
How to Add Google Adsense sellers.json on File Hosting
First, open Hosting Control Panel your website.
Then go to File Manager.
Open the public_html folder >> create a new file, by clicking File >> New File , create a new name with the file name sellers.json
After that, don't forget to click create new file , if so, right click on the file that you created (sellers.json) and select Edit >> fill in with code like this:

"name": "Example Company Inc."
Type: Replace xxxxxxxxxxxx code with your Google AdSense Publisher ID , also replace Example Company Inc. with your company name, if you just fill in personal with your domain name.
After that, click Save / Save.
